In any case, Season 3 has stomped on the willing suspension of disbelief and has killed groundbreaking exploration with hard looks at the ethics of technology and the discomfort one should have in exchange for the complete opposite where people run from every issue and congratulate each other for ignoring dilemmas. All the while, dialogue has been reduced to an endless pickle ball match of, "I got this. The bridge set now has little gas-fireball squirters and standard pyrotechnic setups so heavily used the actors don't even respond like they are visible, much less signs of mortal danger. Science and any form of forward look to its implications are simply gone and instead characters just wave their hands at problems which magically appear without any rational continuity and lights fill the air around the characters ans though there are screens appearing and problems just as magically vanish. Season 3 drops all interst in science fiction and instead has a crew of people all in the midst of nervous breakdown.
